Renovate existing building shell into garage, retail store and offices for a company that provides gear, service, rentals and training for Fire, EMT, and Police. We also retrofitted a D.O.T. Certified Hydrostatic Testing Facility, for testing SCBA, oxygen and cascade cylinders.
