12 GAUGE is a general contractor who is small enough to care about the details, but big enough to successfully manage large commercial projects. We can also manage projects as the owner’s rep, working closely with your general contractor and design team. In this role, we can provide a high quality project, and build a great project team, with trust implemented on all levels. And seemingly impossible schedules can be achieved.
