Reimagine an existing concrete block building to create a corporate office for a company that builds, designs and installs conveyors around the world. Existing building had water issues. This caused walls to lean, and mold to form inside the block wall.
- Eradicate all mold
- Steel reinforcement of block walls
- Regrading of exterior to manage water flow
- Gutted interior and created new conference rooms, offices, kitchen, warehouse and gym
- Restore windows, add new windows and doors
- New floors throughout
- New roof
- Tuckpoint, prime and paint entire building
