- Remove walls on the first floor, create load bearing timber structure with a mix of glulam and white oak beams
- Gut and update kitchen
- Gut and update bathrooms
- Replace and update: windows, insulation, doors, floors, exterior siding
Phase II involves a new garage, and new 2nd floor bedrooms.
- All plumbing, electrical and structural work for Phase II is hidden inside the finished walls
