Modify an early 1970’s lake cottage into a modern residence for a family.

• Remove walls on the first floor, create load bearing timber structure with a mix of glulam and white oak beams
• Gut and update kitchen
• Gut and update bathrooms
• Replace and update: windows, insulation, doors, floors, exterior siding

Phase II involves a new garage, and new 2nd floor bedrooms.

• All plumbing, electrical and structural work for Phase II is hidden inside the finished walls
