Reimagine an existing concrete block building to create a corporate office for a company that builds, designs and installs conveyors around the world. Existing building had water issues. This caused walls to lean, and mold to form inside the block wall.

• Steel reinforcement of block walls
• Regrading of exterior to manage water flow
• Gutted interior and created new conference rooms, offices, kitchen, warehouse and gym
• Restore windows, add new windows and doors
• New floors throughout
• New roof
• Tuckpoint, prime and paint entire building
